Located on the island of Outre-Meuse, less than a kilometre from Liège city centre, the architects ASSAR and VERSO ARCHITECTURE plan to convert this former hospital site, built at the start of the 20th century, into a new multi-purpose and intergenerational neighbourhood.

Exterior: charm of the historic district of Outre Meuse, functionality of a modern complex. Multiple functions (housing, accommodation for students and the elderly, co-living, Liège Province Pôle des Savoirs cultural centre, college, sports centre, day hospital, childcare centre, shops, etc.)
Interior: priority given to brightness, 300 apartments and co-living, 250 student rooms
